This course is designed to provide students with practice in practical application of the theories and principles in language testing which have presumably been studied and discussed in the previous levels of the study (S1 and S2). The main objectives of the course are, for each student at the end of the semester to have produced a language test, which is developed following the appropriate procedures and satisfying the characteristics of a good language test. For that purposes reviews of language testing are conducted in the beginning of the semester, updated and complemented with latest ideas and development in language testing available journal articles, seminar papers, and research findings. The rest of the semester is devoted for the entire development of the test, from the very first step in making overall preparation, writing the test draft and all the necessary steps, to administration and analysis of try-out and analysis of the results, and finally the writing of the report
